Refund Policy

We believe in delighting and satisfying our customers. The digital products which we sell, we believe that it is the best customer can get at this price.

Our refund policy is simple and made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you don’t need to use the policy but we do understand that under unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to cancel the order.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our products at any point within 14 days of your purchase, you are entitled for a refund of the order value or value of the product as per your time of purchase.

We use secured third party payment providers like Instamojo, Razorpay, Bitpay and Paypal to collect payments from our customers. You may not receive a refund of any convenience fees or tax on convenience fees charged by these third party payment providers.

Items which have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.

Please keep in mind that we’re unable do ‘exchanges’. Let’s be real here – you can’t exchange or return a digital item. Most people are not going to delete the original file, so you’re essentially getting two products for the price of one.

We reserve the right to put on hold on new purchases for up to 30 days (or more) after a refund. And, if we deem that you are abusing our refund policy, we may ban you from future purchases. Bypassing the blacklist and registering a new account, or any other methods forfeits your right to future refunds.

Do not like the product / Product not as per the description:

We understand that in some cases that you may not like the product which you have received or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However, we do have a 14 Day refund policy in such cases. It is applicable on non-sale items and on items less than 50% discounted price.

Please note, any item on sale of 50% or above are not qualified for a refund. Since they’re offered at a highly discounted price. Also, any existing offers clubbed with any additional discounts running on the store will not qualify for a refund.
